Yuvabharathi International School (YBIS) just got a big thumbs up from the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) - they're one of the 'Champions of Good'!This award's the highest honour under NVPC's Company of Good framework, recognising YBIS's commitment to social responsibility, character building, and academic excellence. Director Lata Mohankumar says it's all about teaching kids to be kind and empathetic, not just book-smart. The school's got programs to foster critical thinking, creativity, and tech skills, shaping students into well-rounded global citizens.
