Students of YBIS are guided in the path to understand and conserve nature. Students are involved in projects and activities in lieu with N Park’s attempt to maintain Singapore as a garden city. The butterfly garden at our school serves as evidence to our students love for nature.

Collaboration with local schools

YBIS is in close association with neighbouring Jurong Secondary School and Yishun Town Secondary School. Celebration of Chinese New year, Friendship day, Racial harmony day together has strengthened our mutual relationship. YBIS takes all effort to build up an understanding with the students of our buddy schools, share knowledge and rejoice in harmony. Mutual visits at frequent intervals have helped students to grow and live in harmony.

Yuvabharathi International School supported by Taman Jurong Zone B RC will be curating ‘关爱大众 - The Waves: 22 Stories of Taman Jurong’. Senior Residents from 22 Families will share their cherishable moments and jubilations of National Day celebrations over the years with our students to promulgate ‘Heart Work’ in the spirit of SG Cares.

Joseph Jason Kendric of Class 10 has won First Prize , Akshit Nayyar of Class 10 has won Third Prize and Vanika Sharma of Class 10 has received the appreciation certificate in the 'Elocution Competition' on ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’ organized by High Commission of India, Singapore

     

Bharath Raj Akshaya of Class 10B has won the First prize in the Inter school Painting competition organized by the High Commission of India, Singapore to commemorate the 125th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

Jaden Immanuel of Class 4B has participated in a MTB race and OCBC National MTB Championship 2021 conducted in Kallang National Stadium by Singapore Cycling Federation in November 2021 and won the second place in the 9-10 age category and the first place in the 8-9 age category respectively.
